1960s D'Amselle Cocktail Pants Suit Gold Lame Palazzos Jeweled Belt

This is beyond magnificent, a cocktail suit so timeless that it looks, feels and wears like it was made yesterday. The back-zipped, fully lined pants are an absolute dream, fitted at the flat-front waist, cinched with a blingy belt and then wide and flowing. The jacket is elegant in its simplicity, a perfect finish for the pants. It's not the only finish, though. Separates this wonderful beg to be worn over and over and style wise, there are lots of great options. Pants: Denim jacket? You bet. A fitted sleeveless blouse, black or white? Absolutely! A sequined sweater? Oui! In fact, I tried on the pants with three alternate tops I have listed, each one a screaming success. (Lee Denim Jacket, Malbe Silk Blouse and Marhsall Field & Co. Sequined Sweater, all of similar size as suit.)  Jacket: Over a white dress or with white stovepipe pants--you get the picture. In terms of size, this is marked a 10 but it most definitely it vintage 10. I would put it in the 4 to 6 range, closer to 4. The outfit was worn once and has no condition points to note other than a very few tiny rhinestones missing from jacket buttons; belt is fully blinged out. Beyond that it is absolutely pristine.
