Return requests after 30 days will not be honored.
Return shipping paid for by buyer except in cases of misrepresented items.

Please include detailed information on the reason for your return.
Refunds are processed and sent over within 2 days of the arrival of your returned item. We will not issue refunds before the arrival of your item.

What type of Used/Pre-Owned condition are your items? A.  It should be noted that Pre-Owned items may not appear new and may contain signs of wear.
Ownly Luxury strives to provide top quality pieces for you to enjoy in very good condition. Very good condition may still include wear and tear. While some of our pre-owned items may have some defects, we do our best to take photos of any repairs needed or defects found and publish them to our listings. If you ever find an item on our page that looks excessively worn, this item is most likely of extremely high value. Return requests for the condition of pre-owned items will not be accepted. Q.
Do you offer combined shipping? A.
Yes. Buyers can send one combined payment for items purchased from us within a 3 day period. If you would like us to combine payments you must indicate this by either sending us an Pricetronic message or requesting a total during your checkout. Q.
How do I add insurance to my international shipping? A.
For items shipped internationally, shipping insurance is calculated based on the shipping cost and location the item is heading to. This is a cost that we do not pay for or assist you with.
