Soil/smudginess, stain,  fading to covers. Pictorial front cover with lighthouse. Hinges good, all illustrations present. Interior clean and unmarked by former owner. CONTENTS : an old novel. I find the main character being a diver, in an old time dive suit with hoses, to be pertinent for anyone with an interest in the old diving apparatus. His job is placing huge stones underwater as a base for a new lighthouse being placed in New England. (I do not see illustrations of the dive suit.
