This item is a Tahari by Arthur S Levine royal blue (nearly sapphire blue) skirt suit in size 16. There are three black mica-like buttons on the jacket. The skirt is knee length. The material has a horizontal texture look and feel, and it is substantial enough for fall or winter. The form is structured and flattering. It holds everything in and makes one look sleek.
The material is 96% polyester and 4% spandex. The lining is 100% polyester.
Measurements are 44" bust, 24.5" from top of shoulder down to hem of jacket, 22" from top of skirt to hem.
