Condition : New condition.  Pockets and jacket vents are sewn closed.  Sleeve buttons and extra belt loops are included and not attached. Payment : Payment is due immediately upon purchase or within 3 days of offer acceptance. Shipping : Shipping is via US Post Office. Return Policy :  I describe each item as clearly as I can and include photos of the details (especially if there is any damage or wear).  Most of my items are from thrift shops, therefore I do not know the history of each item.  Unless stated new, they are pre-owned items.  I cannot guarantee the items I sell are from smoke/pet free homes.  My home is smoke and pet free.  I do not sell items that have either a smoke or pet odor (that I can detect).  However, I cannot guarantee that the items I sell have never been in such environments. Items may be returned within 30 days for a refund of purchase price; I do not pay for return shipping.  Refund will be issued once I receive the item back in the same condition as it left.
