DESCRIPTION : This is a SUPER looking, QUALITY suit pants from the DESIGNERS BROOKS BROTHERS " MADISON BROOKSCOOL " collection. They are a lighter brown (tan) shade. The fabric is a 85/15% wool/ poly blend, all season weight. By the tag, they belonged to a suit, but would still work well just as dress slacks. The pants currently have a 31 inch inseam; however, there is enough extra material to let out up to a 34.5 inch inseam. They are tagged a size 39 but were tailored to 38 inches in the waist.
