Vintage - circa 1960’s
Women’s Classic 1960’s Style Dress + Blazer - Pink & Multicolor Lined Bouclé Suit. Somehow I picture Jackie Kennedy when I see this suit!

Coco Chanel designed her suits with comfort and freedom of movement in mind. She fought early trends to confine women in corsets and wanted to provide looser shoulders, collarless garments, and stylish fashion. She loved woolens and silks and this suit has all the hallmarks we come to immediately recognize as Chanel.
100% authentic; vintage with wear as shown in photos, including jacket lining repairs at underarms and shoulders, and underarm “halos” (e.g, yellowing/fading.) Exterior of both pieces show pilling & wispies; although bouclé itself has a thready/fuzzy quality inherently. Items are in need of dry cleaning with light soiling throughout. Bottom hem lining of dress may exhibit a bit of looseness but overall, still holding well. Coloration of exterior bouclé remains bright and style is impressive and iconic.
As the current steward of this diamond in the rough, I opted to not dry clean as I would think the potential owner would entrust it only to a reputable dry cleaner versed in vintage high-end garment care.
Original owner removed what I can only assume were faded or shredded tags, as so often occurs with vintage garments. Thus, size must be determined by measurements provided. Composition and country of origin tags are no longer on item. Please carefully read and inspect all photos as returns are not accepted; items are sold “as is.”

•Bouclé shell in pink and multicolor
•CC logo interior silk satin lining
•Dolman style shoulders but still runs fitted as arm opening from shoulder to underarm is approximately 7.5”
•5 gold CC logoed metal buttons (3/4”)
•2 upper and 2 lower satin-lined pockets
•Ventless/collarless in classic Chanel style
•Rounded neckline
•Straight, ventless hem
•Long sleeves
DRESS:
•Fully lined in same classic CC logo silk lining as jacket
•Sleeveless
•Drop waist with a textured satin (possibly silk?) upper bodice and matching bouclé attached skirt as on the jacket
•Back hidden YKK zipper (smooth operating & fully functional) and top hook & eye closure (color fade on zipper pull)
•Straight hem
