Custom Made-to-Fit (1-piece) Leather Motorcycle Suit Easy Order Process / Quality Assured / Free Shipping Whether on the race track or the street, wearing a leather race suit is essential to protecting your body in case of an accident – but it’s also a way to make a statement. It’s ok for your protective gear to look good too! Rapido Leather Suits are intended to provide you with excellent protection that fits your wallet as well as your body. We custom-manufacture each suit to your specifications from premium leather with a long list of standard features, and we make the ordering process as easy as possible. Comfort Features : •Pre-Curved Sleeves for proper riding position •Double-and Triple-Stitched Seams for Safety. High-quality nylon thread used throughout. •YKK Zippers used throughout (some premium brands have switched to smaller-profile zippers; YKK zips are easier to zip when you’re already wearing gloves and/or a helmet!) •Zippers at cuffs (wrists) and calf (ankles) to make it easier to get into and out of the suit. •Zips on bottom of leg are rotated from the side so your boot zippers don’t put pressure on your ankle (this can be painful!) •Comfort collar •Leather Stretch panels above knees and on lower back to flexibility. Stretch Material used in crotch, behind Calf and under sleeves for additional comfort •Inner Shell is 100% Polyester mesh lining •Perforated Leather available for improved ventilation (optional; used on upper legs, on chest, and on back: $10 extra) •Ventilation zippers can be added on chest and back for additional air flow (optional -- $10 extra) •Two Internal mesh pockets •No external pockets for a cleaner look; but “hand-warmer” pockets can be added to jacket ($5 extra) Protective Features: •Constructed of Genuine Cowhide Top-Grain Leather, 1.2 mm to 1.3 mm thick •Removable Outer Knee Sliders (attached with sewn-on Velcro) •CE-approved, dual-density armor at knees, shoulders and elbows. Additional foam padding at hips, knees and elbows to reduce impact in case of a crash. •Removable dual density back protector •CE-approved hard plastic protectors •Optional aerodynamic hump ($10 extra) can be added for additional protection of the neck and backbone Design Features: This is the fun part! There are three easy ways to select a custom design: 1.“Like this, except” -- Send us a picture (or several) of suit designs that you like, except specify changes you’d like to make.2.Your own design – send us a drawing of the front & back of the suit, with colors specified. We can provide a basic, black-and-white drawing to provide an easy starting point. 3.Verbal description – just tell us what colors you’d like and where you’d like them. We’ll provide a drawing to verify that we got it right. Once we have the basic design down, we can add logos as per your specifications. (We do not provide logos for other brands of racing suits like Dainese or Alpinestars, since this would infringe on their trademarks.) Sizing: We recognize that many people don’t know their actual body measurements, and that clothing sizes can be misleading. So we’ll work with you to get the sizing right. If you already have a name-brand suit, jacket, or pants that fits you well, let us know the size(s). Many people will find that one of the sizes on the sizing charts will be a good match for them – just let us know if that’s the case. You can also let us know the sizes that you usually wear from name-brand clothing. As a starting point, we need to know the following: 1.Your real waist size, measured where you normally wear your pants. 2.Your hip measurement, measured at its maximum. 3.Your chest size, measured at its maximum. 4.Your “full length,” measured from the middle of your neck, down to your ankle. 5.Please specify whether the measurements are in inches or centimeters. (We can usually tell, but we’d like to be sure!) 6.If you prefer a looser fit than a standard racing fit, let us know that as well! Quality Assurance: Prior to starting manufacturing, we will verify design, features, color scheme, and size with you, as well as any optional features. Before shipping, we will provide you with a picture of the completed suit (back and front) so you can verify it is as ordered. Production and Shipping: We will start your order within one business day of payment verification. The production process takes one to two weeks. Normal shipment is the next day after completion of the product. Products are shipped from our workshops in Asia and are generally delivered within 8-10 days after shipment.
