The heart shape can be slided by pressing the back small round button. The side B button works by pressing the small white trigger on the heart and you have to slide the heart shape to the top. The top blue figure can be detached by pressing the top heart shaped button. Sound does not come out of the guitar when you swing the small blue shaped; most likely because there is battery corrosion on the contacts.
