Goofy in a Suit of Armor Shield Sword Red medieval vintage Disney Pin

Not much is known about the origins of this pin. PinPics lists it in BLUE with a description as follows: "The lady that I bought from said she got it from a person who worked for Disney for a long time (over 35 years). Also she said the person she bought it from only knew of about 4 of this pin being around!!! (that's amazing if its true) That person said that it was a prototype that Disney decided not to make because it had too many points and sharp edges that could hurt children!"
This pin is RED in color. It shows some very slight signs of aging in a couple spots (barely noticeable, look at the photos closely!) but overall the design and paint are in excellent condition for its age! It's smooth, shiny, and the gold reflects a bit in lighting. Color looks great. Pin back is intact and straight, not bent. Goofy collectors will be very happy with this rare find in their collection.
