Condition:  Pants have a torn lining and is shown in the last 2 photos. Balance of the suit is between excellent and like new condition. (for my condition definitions, please scroll to the bottom of this page) Fabric content:  see photos Measurements are taken with the garment laying flat and unstretched. Comparing these measurements to a similar garment that fits you well, is a good way to help determine fit. Fabric has no stretch. BLAZER Total Length - Shoulder to bottom of hem.  24" Chest - Armpit to armpit.  17.5" Arm Length - Shoulder seam to cuff.  23.5" Shoulder seam to shoulder seam.   15" PANTS Waist -  Measured from side to side across the waistband, then multiplied by 2 for the final measurement.  30" Inseam - Measurement of the leg length from center of the crotch to bottom hem of pant leg.  30.5" Front Rise - Measurement from the top of the waistband to the center of crotch at the front of the pants.  9" Across the bottom of the pant leg.  10.5" ------------------------- Color: I try to photograph the items as accurately as possible, using filtered sunlight with no flash, but please keep in mind that colors may vary a bit, depending on your monitor and the light in which the garment is viewed.
