Julian Taylor Blue/White/Brown/Green Polka Dotted Two-Piece Skirt

PLEASE NOTE COLOR CHART: My photography along with the sunlight make things look ligther than they are. I believe the dress is closest to Turquoise as the dominant color in the jacket.
Julian Taylor Blue/White/Brown/Green Dotted Two-Piece Skirt Suit - Size 12.
The shoulders are lightly padded cap sleeves.
I'm not certain if the waistline on the jacket is supposed to look like large false pockets or just a way of accenting the waist.
The front hem is curved down and out to sides. The jacket also has panels cut into it to give it a classic dramatic look at the hem.
The skirt has panels cut into it to make the hemline flare.
Note the bi-colored dots. Some are brown and green; brown and blue; green and cream, cream and blue. Fun.
