How it works: I am an independent designer, not the manufacturer. My designs are printed on products manufactured by my production partners (e.g., “Print on Demand”.)

Your item is sent to production to be made very quickly after you order it.

Once production starts (usually within an hour), it cannot be canceled.

The average production time depends upon the product.

We do not have the ability to “rush” an order or promise delivery by a specific date.

Please allow enough time for your order to get to you when you need it.

Please carefully check your shipping info/details. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, we do not cover the cost of reshipment.

We do not accept returns. Because your item is made especially for you, our production partners will not accept it back & they will not reimburse us. Therefore, it is not feasible for us to accept returns. We ask for your understanding that we are a small business (not Amazon!) so returns really impact our ability to operate.

If you receive a damaged or defective item or if the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will work with you and our production partners to make it right.
