Vtg Emporio Armani Wool Womens' Black Pant Suit DB Pleated High Waist

Beautiful women's lightweight 100% Wool suit by Emporio Armani, made in Italy. The material is lightweight textured wool.It is almost sheer. The high waisted pleated slacks drape beautifully into a straight leg and are finished with 2 French Buttonhole pockets. They are partially lined in front with the pockets. There is a nylon zipper, with button closure and an inside button. There are 5 - 2" belt loops. Condition: seems to have been worn very little ,still has extra button, no flaws, slight wrinkles from storage and I would give it a dry clean refresh, but literally could be worn out of the box with a little steaming. Note the jacket is marked 4, and the pants are marked 8, but please see measurements for more accurate fit. The jacket features a notched collar with padded shoulders, a breast pocket and is fully lined in "cupro"- Cupro is said to have all the positive qualities of silk: it’s silky-smooth and drapes just like the luxurious material. First invented in the 1900s in Germany, cupro is also commonly known as ‘Bemberg’ (from the German manufacturer, J.P. Bemberg), as well as ‘ammonia silk’ and ‘cuprammonium rayon’. It has a double breasted nipped waist and double vents in back. The sleeves have a single button detail.. The horizontal jetted pockets are sewn and have a French Buttonhole style edge. The jacket comes down to mid thighs..
