Waistband of the skirt measures flat 13.5 inches, there is elastic on the back only of the waistband. Hips measure 20.5 inches flat with very minimal stretch and the length is 33 inches. The sleeveless shell measures flat pit to pit 17.5 inches, waist is 17.5 inches and length is 18.5 inches. The jacket measures pit to pit flat lay 20 inches and sleeves are 23 inches. Cuffs can be rolled up and lined in the gold material and there are shoulder pads that can easily be removed. This set is very classy with the subtle peeks of gold fabric.
