The patch measures 3 ¾" x 4 ¼". 100% Linen. It has a polished sheen to it. The blazer has shoulder pads. The rayon lining is silky. FLAW: I see a small area in lining that is darkened, but the lining is navy blue, so it is difficult to see. Measurements are as follows as taken on flat surface: chest: 19" waist: 18 ¼" hip:            19 ¾" between shoulders: 16 ¼" sleeve: 28" (Measured from neck at middle of back to wrist.) length: 29 ½"
