Shoulder to shoulder 21". Sleeve Length 28". Bottom of collar to hemline 24".I thought it was gray only until I put it in the light. The tag has CHAR maybe charcoal.The first and last pictures are the best for color. The only fabric tag was for the shell. It is soft, not wool.
