Beautifully embroidered and has internal shoulder pads.
**NOTABLE FLAWS**:
White stitching spot on inside (not visible on the outside). The clasp on the back of the skirt is loose and will probably need a brief stitch-tighten if you're going to wear it.

This piece is in AMAZING condition for being vintage. I am sad this isn't my size or else I'd be keeping it!
