Men's Warehouse Versini Men's solid black suit with 2 pants size 40 or 42

Up for sale is this solid black Men's Warehouse Versini suit with two pairs of pants. This suit was worn only a few times and has just hung in a closet since. Please pay attention to the following measurements for true sizing because the suit doesn't even list the size but the pants are a 33 waist which makes me assume these are a 40 or 42 jacket.
I am 5'11 and weigh about 148 and this suit is way too big for me. I put the size as regular but the length feels too long for me so I said long length in the description but I'm not sure if its just too long because its too big for me size wise or because its a big and tall suit, so pay attention to the following measurements for true size.
Lying flat, the suit length from the base of the back collar all the way down is about 32 3/4 inches. The chest armpit to armpit is 21 inches wide. The sleeve width in the middle of the arm is 7 inches, and the sleeve length from where the shoulder meets the sleeve is 26 inches. In terms of the pants, lying flat the waist is 16 inches wide, and then length of the pants from the top of the waist down to the leg opening is 42 inches. The bottom leg opening is 9 inches wide, knee width is 10-11 inches, the seat is 21 inches wide, and the crotch zipper length from the base of the waist is 8.5 inches. Don't pay attention to the picture of the pant inseam being on the tag as 39 inches because obviously that was what the pants were unhemmed.
