Shipping
Shipping provided through USPS utilizing First Class and Priority shipping depending on package weight & size. Tracking information provided. Combined shipping is available as long as it meets the 5 day payment restriction. All packages have a $2.50 handling fee.
International buyers: Please do not ask me to mark an item as a gift or something other than what it is. Also, be aware that I fill out all customs forms accurately with the actual purchase price (less shipping of course). Federal guidelines in the U.S. dictate that I do so.
Returns Returns Accepted. The shipping cost depends on the reason an item is being returned. If the item is damaged or faulty, I will cover the return shipping cost; however, if the buyer simply changes their mind, return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.

All items for sale come from a smoke free environment. There are pets in the home, but all precautions are taken to ensure your item is clean upon shipping. In addition, the MLP's hair has been curled or styled using only water which will loosen over time. If you would like a more permanent solution, I can provide tips on how to "curl and set" the hair once you receive your collectible.
