Tunic Dress Condition: New without tags- 1 Owner - No flaws - (see pictures ) This was bought for my granddaughter and she did not care for it. I normally wash all my clothes EXCEPT when they are new with tags (or) without tags. I personally like to see the fabric before wash ONLY when the item is new. All my other preowned clothes are washed and come to you ready to wear. (see measurements for accurate size) Pit to pit - inches Shoulder to shoulder –11" inches across the chest - 30' inches Chest Length - 28" inches from back of shoulder to the bottom hem Shipping & Returns FREE SHIPPING USPS with same day shipping if paid by 11 am central. Items are shipped in 1 business day after payment is received. Returns are accepted with the buyer paying for returns due to the high cost of shipping.
