NWT Oliver Wicks Vitale Barberis Canonico Custom MTM Navy Blue Suit 42R

This is a very nice looking, brand new with tags and never worn high end custom mens made to measure suit in a size 42R (slim fit) by Oliver Wicks using special Vitale Barberis Canonico wool that is Super 150’s.
This was made for the original owner, and is fully bespoke with hand tailoring details. This suit is brand new and never worn as the original owner did not finalize the sale of this suit. It still has the tags attached, as well as the extra buttons for future use.
This suit is a custom made to measure item......so the measurements should be verified before bidding.

This suit is made of a nice 100% Vitale Barberis Canonico 1663 Super 150’s wool. The wool is made in Italy in an elegant solid navy blue. This is a great suit......so please see the up close pictures for the best example of this wonderful material and color.
It is a 2 button single breasted coat, partially lined, with 4 surgeon cuff working buttons on the sleeves. Please note that in the photos, we show one of the buttons on done on the cuff to show the design. There is nothing wrong with the buttons, and this surgeon cuff design is shown in the photos.
It has a double vented rear and it is partially lined in a beautiful blue colored lining called “Deep Blue Sea” with 3 interior pockets plus the pen slot. The exterior edges have classic hand pick stitching detailing for the high end look. This is easily seen in the photos.
The pants have a contemporary flat front, a double button front closure with a inside button, side seam angle waistline pockets, they are lined on the interior to the knee in the front, have the reinforced crotch match stitching detail, exterior pick stitching along the edges, and have 2 buttoned rear pockets.
The pants are finished with a strait hem with the material folded inside allowing one to professionally lengthen if needed up to about 1 extra inch. The zipper is done in the optional higher end YKK zipper. The inside of the cuffs have the heel guard extra material ribbon around the interior edge as shown in the photos.
The measurements for the jacket are as follows:
CHEST = 44 1/2 inches around the chest measured under the armpit area around the outside of the coat. This would be considered a slim fit cut. We measure around the outside circumference of the jacket as if it was being worn by a person. We do not take measurements laying flat.
SLEEVES = 34 inches from the center of the back neckline to the end of the cuffs, 24 3/4 inches from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuffs.
TAIL = 29 inches from the BOTTOM of the collar to the end of the tail hem in back
SHOULDERS = 18 1/4 inches across the shoulder from seam to seam
WAISTLINE = 41 3/4 inches around the midsection of the outside of the jacket at the bottom button which is about 9 1/2 inches up from the bottom button. This would be considered a slim fit cut. We measure around the outside circumference of the jacket as if it was being worn by a person. We do not take measurements laying flat.
The pant measurements are:
WAIST = 37 inches around the inside of the waistband. Laying flat they are about 18 1/2 inches across the waistband. There is about 1 extra inch of material to expand professionally as needed.
LENGTH INSEAM = 31 inch inseam measured to the end of the pant hem with about 1 inches of extra material to lengthen as needed.
OVERALL LENGTH = 40 1/2 inches long from the waistline to the end of hem
RISE = 9 1/2 inches.
LEG OPENING = 8 1/2 inches wide
This brand new Oliver Wicks men’s suit is pure quality and knowing it is custom made to measure using high end elegant VBC Italian wool, in a fashionable design and cut, you know this is a legacy clothing article to own and appreciate for many years to come. Plus it has great detailing you get in a made to measure suit like the the surgeon cuff working buttons, pick stitching, and custom interior lining.
This suit does not have the original owners name noted anywhere on the lining like most of my other Oliver Wicks suits and blazers do. Which this is great for the new owner. This was a custom-made suit, never picked up by the original owner, this his name was never embroidered inside.
This suit could use a pressing or a good steaming possibly before enjoying, but we did not want to do so since the tags are still attached and it’s never been worn. Since it will be shipped anyways, we try our best not to wrinkle the clothing, as we pack it in a box. But you will most likely have to do something before you wear it.
What a great find in this size with the classic navy blue which will never go out of style. This is definitely an heirloom legacy suit that you can own for a very long time.
This Oliver Wicks made to measure suit will be a great addition to any mans classic wardrobe for many years to come. There’s just something about a custom-made suit that really sets you out in a crowd.
