RARE Issey Miyake black wool D/B evening jacket, sport coat, beaded, M,

This is a rare Issey Miyake black wool evening jacket, sport coat, size M, made in Japan. I believe this is vintage. Double breasted with no collar or lapel. Very unusual, with round beading down front; see pictures. 4  button double breasted closure, 2 outside slit pockets, 2 inside pockets, 3 button cuff, lined, no vent. Please go by measurements as some items may have been altered, and all designers cut differently. Compare these measurements to a jacket you have that fits well. Length from bottom of collar  31.5", sleeve 25", shoulders  20", chest 48", waist 43", no vent. Excellent condition with no wear or flaws. Pictures look like lightened areas, but it's from flash.
