Box can be available upon request, at no extra charge, so please message us before you order. We ship from Monday to Friday 11am to 6pm. Order placed within those times, will most likely be packed and shipped. We are closed on the weekends and items purchased during the weekend will ship early Monday. We are not responsible for any damages due to shipping.       Return Policy   Dstar Toys is not responsible for manufacturer, distributor, and shipping defects such as box damage and paint defects, therefore no returns will be accepted due to said defects. Customers are encouraged to request pictures of their product by messaging Dstar Toys before their purchase.  All returns must go through Pricetronic. A 10% restocking fee will be added to ALL returns. Item must be in new and unopened condition for a refund. All defective and returned items must have pictures provided by the buyer before approval of a return.
