No documentation is included. These were used on Macintosh laptops for a local county District Attorney's office. I spoke with the IT Manager and he said they simply loaded them on the computers when they first came in and then did not use them for upgrade purposes after that... so you are free to do that if you wish. These were NOT part of a bulk license agreement with Microsoft... each has its own individual key code.
