The packaging does have a small bit of damage top right as pictured. also the back of the packaging shows minor scratches marks from being stored on the back. Bottom line item is new still in packaging but the packaging has been handled.

I apologize don't normally ship with batteries most devices will not have the batteries in them (unless I get it with good batteries already installed. It is just not cost effective with both shipping and returns missing the batteries. Items that require power I have checked for function and if it does not work I will say so. I check battery compartments and will state if it is not clean in working order. Guarantees - 
I offer 30 day free returns and 60 days on some items with few exceptions mainly  international (these fees are out of my control so just not practical). Any problems or issues in shipping or damage I work with the individuals to correct the problem.

I do my best to reduce cost for my customers  I use used boxes and mailers when possible
and try to keep weight down to reduce mailing cost. Please keep in mind I have to drive to the shipping location when boxes are larger.
