Tan striped Perry Ellis linen-blend suit, 2 button, surgeons working

Tan striped linen-blend suit.
Two buttons at the front with four working "surgeons" buttons at each cuff.
Jacket is fully lined with one vent.
Patch pockets.
Fabric is 75% polyester, 18% linen and 7% rayon.
Pants are pleated front with cuffed hems.
Suit is "city fit" by Perry Ellis.
Suit is in very good pre-owned condition, and pants have none of the interior staining that is common in pre-owned trousers.
Tag shows a size 42R jacket, and 36W x 32 pants, but the pants measure to be a bit larger in the waist, so please use the measurements below to check fit.  I suggest laying out a suit that fits you well, measuring it, and comparing the numbers to those below.

Chest measured at armpits: 22" / 56 cm (consistent with a US size 42)
Waist measured at center button: 20.5" / 52 cm
Shoulders: 17.5" / 44 cm
Sleeve measured from top of shoulder seam: 26" / 66 cm - on the long side.
Length at back from collar: 30.5" / 77 cm

Waist: 19" / 48 cm
Inseam: 31.5" / 80 cm
Out seam measured to top of waist band: 42" / 107 cm
Front rise: 12.5" / 32 cm
Back rise: 17.5" / 44 cm
Width of pants at hem: 9.5" / 24 cm
