Vintage 1950s Maternity Suit Red Wool Johnston Designer 50s High End

Truly gorgeous vintage 1950s red wool suit dress. The high waisted skirt has a drawstring and room for the belly. It is sleeveless with adorable, tiny, vintage buttons down the yoke, and across each of the two pockets at the front. The hem of the top is gathered and lightly elasticized. They don’t make maternity clothing like this anymore, and this was a high end example in its time. Designer is Johnston. Fits like a modern pregnant size 6 to 8.
