This listing is for a vintage 1950's men's suit jacket. The jacket is made from a gorgeous blue and black checked wool and has typical 1950's styling with narrow lapels and pocket flaps, a high gorge, three-button front, and boxy cut. The front of the jacket bears three dark blue - almost black - synthetic buttons with three per cuff. The jacket is partially lined in a blue synthetic fabric and the shoulders are padded. Overall, the jacket is in used - but quite good - condition, and aside from one spot of discoloration on one of the cuffs (see photo), there are no other signs of wear we could find. Label indicating brand, seller and seller location is present inside. No size, fabric content, laundering, or Union information is indicated. No size is marked, however, the jacket measures to fit a US men's size 42 Long. Our measurements are as follow: Across chest, pit to pit, buttoned, laid flat: 22" Across waist, buttoned, laid flat: 20.5" Sleeves, shoulder seam to end of cuff hem: 26" Shoulders, seam to seam, across back: 17.5" Overall length, bottom of collar seam to bottom hem, in back: 32.5"
