Vintage 1970s Union Made in USA Gray Suit Jacket Coat and Vest Men's Size

Made in USA with original Suit Makers Union tag. Grey with a hint of blue. 2 button front jacket, 5 button vest. Blended material shell on both with a satin backing on the vest. Inside is lined with a polyester/ rayon lining. Size is labeled Men's 40 L on the jacket.  Please compare measurements for a proper fit. 20 inches across the chest, pit to pit, laying flat. 26 inches on the sleeve, from the shoulder seam to the sleeve end. 34 inches in length, from top to bottom, laying flat. 17.5 inches on the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Excellent condition minimal signs of wear and no flaws. Please see photos for details.
