Gorgeous vintage suit, likely wool/rayon blend. Double-breasted jacket with generous shoulder pads. High-rise pants with belt loops, wide inset-gathered vertical pleat.
Jacket: Lying flat measures 18" across shoulders, 20" chest, 16" waist; 24" top sleeve/17" inner sleeve & 27" collar-seam to hemline.
Pants: Lying flat measure 14" waist; 15" front rise/18" back rise; 14.5" upper thigh; 31" inseam and44" outseam.
