Vintage. David Rose 2 Piece Velvet Suit. Size 18W. The Jacket is a Floral Velvet with a peplum hemline and shoulder pads. The A-line Skirt is solid Black Velvet with Elastic and kick pleat Waist. Very Dressy. Very pretty
