Vintage Simplicity 5273 Men's Leisure Suit Pants Jacket Pattern Size

Simplicity Men's Jacket and Pants Pattern.  Pattern is cut but counted as complete.  Package is in fair condition with creasing around the edges and tearing at the top.  Pattern and Instructions are in good condition.  Please check pictures as they are part of the description.

These patterns are being sold for my dear Mother who has been into sewing her whole life.  Because of age and disability she can no longer continue to sew.  I have been tasked with finding new homes for her monumental collection and to get them into the hands of those who will enjoy them.
I am not in the business of selling patterns but if you have any questions please ask and I will refer all questions I can not answer to my Mom.  All sales proceeds go towards covering the care that my siblings and I are providing for her.
All though my feedback rating is low I have been selling other items on Ebay since 2003 and have always had 100 percent feedback.  This is a separate account specifically to help my Mother with her collection of sewing and crafts and help cover the cost of home care.
