The top button of the coat is missing. Lining under the arms needs reattached and in places on the lining
and underside of the collar.

Inseam 31-1/2 cuffed
Outseam 42 cuffed
By the top of the zipper, fabric needs stitched, and there is some fabric wear at the pockets.
