Item looks to be a leisure suit piece top which is like a blazer and a blouse in one since the buttons go most of the way up there is no top button to close the collar - that's the 70s style. There are two lower front pockets like a jacket would have, and a half belt of the same material built in again like a jacket would have. Cuffs have one button as well. Item is heavier than a normal shirt would be, but lighter than a jacket and has no lining. No size tags and no brand tags. The only tag is the material and washing instructions tags. I would recommend dry cleaning to keep it looking nice.
