Z Zegna City Black 2pc 2 Button Double Vent Wool Suit Men’s EU Size 48C

The suit is in good condition but the inside of the pants have some red staining from some sort of dye. The staining is only on the inside, the outside still looks great. The size is a Europe size 48C which I think is a 38S in US sizing but I’m not completely sure. Please see the measurements below. The measurements are taken flat and in inches.
